The optimum quantities of FLYER-CA depend on the respective dyestuffs, the dyeing temperature, the depth of shade and the liquor ratio.
Thus the given quantities are only standard values. For liquor ratios of 1:10-1:20 and at the following dyeing temperatures we recommend to use : 94-98°C bet.

TECHNICAL LITERATURE
RC-W is a liquid reducing agent for after clearing disperse dyeing and prints with acidic pH in a cooling bath or in a fresh bath. RC-W can also be used in an alkaline pH range. It is recommended for dark polyester, wool dyeing as an intermediate clearing after the polyester dyeing in a two bath dyeing process.

Cool dye bath to 80°c then add 1- 2 g/l of RC-W at pH around 4 to 6 treat at 85 to 90°c for approximate 20 min then drain and rinse With hot and cold water

Take fresh bath add 1 -2 g/l rc-w and add 2 to 3 g/l caustic soda of 40 Degree be then heat to 85 to 90° centigrade run at this temperature for 15 min then drain and rinse with hot and cold water then neutralize if There is any alkalanity is present

TECHNICAL LITERATURE
RAMANOL-MNS is a sequestering, dispersing, protective colloid and complexing agent. This product is specially designed for dyeing processes of cotton and cotton blend with other fibers.
Hard water can cause calcium carbonate to precipitate when raw cotton is dyed with reactive or direct dyes. RAMANOL-MNS has a high dispersing capacity for calcium carbonate that forms during the dyeing process is kept finely dispersed. This prevents the dye bath from becoming turbid. The moderate complexing action of RAMANOL-MNS also reduces the extent to which dyes are able to form calcium salt, which are difficult to wash out.
RAMANOL-MNS does not break down metal complex dyes,and it has no detrimental effect on their shades and fastness properties. This is an advantage over other strong chelating agent like EDTA or NTA.

RAMANOL-MNS is acid ,alkai and electrolyte resistant. but it can precipitate when they are softened with cationic products. This can be avoided by rinsing the textile more thoroughly at the end of the dyeing process.
Application:
t can be used for cotton dyeing with reactive or direct dyes. It can also be very useful aid for polyester cotton blend, If the polyester component of polyester cotton blend is dyed in advance, impurities such as festinates and waxes are released from the cotton fibers when they are subsequently dyed in an alkaline bath which cause vat dyes and reactive dyes to precipitate .This leads to problems , especially when wound packages are dyed, because the precipitated dyes tend to form deposits on the packages owing to filtration effect. RAMANOL-MNS prevent this type of precipitation from occurring
